The Board of Carrick Futures has appointed Foundation Scotland to administer funds it receives from ScottishPower Renewables’ Mark Hill and Arecleoch wind farms for the benefit of Carrick communities.

Recent beneficiaries include the primary schools in Barrhill, Ballantrae, Girvan and Colmonell, for outdoor education activity, and the Stepping Stones for Families Money Advice Service.
