The Ballantrae Trust are celebrating a double award from Carrick Futures.

The Trust, which was formed in 2017 and has more than 100 members from across the community, has become the focus of development in the village and is leading the way on several projects, inlcuding the development of a Multi Use Games Area as well as existing community events and activities.

In May 2018, Carrick Futures awarded a grant of £5,000 to Dailly Community Activity Centre to purchase replacement fitness equipment. The grant has purchased a new treadmill, air bike and ski ergometer for gym users.
